Delaware police report:

A traffic stop was conducted in the area of North Liberty Street and West Central Avenue Tuesday just before 2 a.m. During the stop, police learned a passenger in the vehicle had been consuming alcohol, but was only 20. The passenger was cited for underage consumption.

A debit card was reported stolen from a home in the first block of Birch Row Drive. A woman told police that someone had charged $802 to the card. There is one suspect at this time.

A traffic stop was conducted in front of a gas station on East William Street Tuesday afternoon. Police learned the driver was homeless and was driving without a driver’s license. Additionally, police found what they suspected is heroin in the vehicle and took it for testing. An investigation is ongoing.
