Delaware police report:

Police were summoned to investigate a juvenile who went missing Wednesday afternoon. Police located the juvenile at a business on Columbus Pike but he fled police on foot. Police caught the 17-year-old and charged him with obstructing official business.

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies report:

A garage door opener and tools were reported stolen from a residence on Bean-Oller Road Monday. The owner said the total loss was more than $500.

Deputies were dispatched to a home on Lilac Lane in Powell Wednesday to investigate a theft. The resident told deputies a $20 book and a Pink Floyd CD had been stolen from his home. There are no suspects at this time.

A Powell woman reported someone used her identity to open an account with T-Mobile. Deputies report that nearly $2,500 had been charged to the account in the woman’s name. An investigation is ongoing.
