Delaware Fire Fighters honor recently departed fire captain

City of Delaware firefighters fly a flag Monday morning outside the fire station on South Liberty Street to honor Captain Harvey Shuster, a retired Delaware firefighter who died on May 11. City officials said Shuster served from 1964 until 1989. He was promoted to Lieutenant in 1976 and Captain in 1979. Funeral services were held for Shuster on Monday morning.
