Delaware police report:

Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Lake Street Tuesday just after 2 a.m. to investigate a suspicious person. Police found an intoxicated 41-year-old woman in the area. She was very disorderly with officers. Officers arrested the woman and charged her with disorderly conduct via intoxication.

A report was taken at a business in the 100 block of South Sandusky Street Thursday night after a man cashed a fraudulent check with the business. There is one suspect in the case and the investigation is ongoing.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 block of South Sandusky Street Saturday just after 2:20 a.m. Police learned the driver was impaired and in possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and charged with OVI and possession.
