A number if individuals were indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury.
Indicted individuals included:
• Chandler L. Compton, of Dublin, was charged with one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
• Robert A. Hammond, of Columbus, was charged with one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; one count of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; one count of theft and one count of falsification, both first-degree misdemeanors.
• William K.R. Franklin, of Columbus, was charged with one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony and one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.
• Mark A. Byard II, of Westerville, was charged with a count of theft, one count of receiving stolen property and one count of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Matthew T. Pheils, of 265 Lexington Boulevard, Delaware, was charged with one count of theft and one count of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Peggy S. Maple, of Columbus, was charged with a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Michelle E. Damron, of 135 N. Franklin Street, Apt. 2, Delaware, was charged with a count of trespass in habitation, a fourth-degree felony and two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.
• Shane D. Brown, was charged with identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; a count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor and a count of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.
• Todd Parker, was charged with identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; a count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor and a count of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.
• Devon C. Bastian, of Galena, was charged with assault and a count of vandalism, fifth-degree felonies.
• Brendan D. Sullivan, was charged with domestic violence, two counts of vandalism and one count of criminal damaging.
Arraignments for these case have not been set.
