Delaware police report:

Police were dispatched to a residence on Thistle Drive Saturday just after midnight to investigate an underage party. Police located multiple juveniles and adults at the party and found alcohol and drugs. Ten individuals will be charged with underage consumption. The parents of the juveniles at the party were contacted by police.

An 18-year-old man came to the police department Friday evening to report that a man entered his residence on June 13 and assaulted him. The man reported the intruder had also broken his phone. There is one suspect at this time, but no charges have been filed yet.
