Delaware police report:

Police were summoned to South Henry Street Friday afternoon after a man reportedly urinated behind a building. Police made contact with the man and learned he was on parole. Police spoke to his parole officer who ordered that he be taken into custody and transported to the Delaware County Jail. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

Police were summoned to a restaurant on Houk Road after a confrontation between a customer and the bartender was reported. The man had left by the time police arrived and the bartender told police that after she refused to serve him any more alcohol, the customer shoved staff before leaving the bar. The man was identified and police made contact with him later in the evening. He was served a summons for disorderly conduct.

An intoxicated man was attempting to buy alcohol at Kroger Sunday around 11 p.m., but fell asleep in the checkout line. Officers arrived and found the man was too intoxicated to care for himself. He was taken into custody for disorderly conduct while intoxicated and held until sober.
