Delaware police report:
Officers were summoned to a residence on East William Street Monday morning to investigate a suspicious person on the premises. The caller reported a man was looking in the windows of the residence and walking around outside the home. Officers found the suspect in a vehicle on the property and discovered the resident was not home. Police learned the man had previously been warned and given written notice not to be on the property. He was charged with trespassing.
A traffic stop was conducted in the area of 1100 Columbus Pike just after 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. During the traffic stop, police found the driver was in possession of marijuana and was cited for possession of marijuana.
