Delaware police report:

A 28-year-old came to the police department lobby Wednesday afternoon to report that someone opened a cable service in his name. An identity theft report was taken but there are no suspects at this time.

A public indecency report was taken at a business on South Sandusky Street after it was reported that a male exposed himself to a group of women Wednesday afternoon. An investigation is ongoing but no arrests have been made.

A traffic stop was conducted on U.S. 23 in the area of Hills Miller Road Wednesday evening. A police dog alerted officers to the presence of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia was located. A woman was arrested and taken to the Delaware County Jail and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
