Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued indictments against a number of individuals Friday.

Individuals indicted included:

• Burton M. Griess, of Gahanna, was charged with disseminating matters harmful to juveniles and telecommunication harassment, both fifth-degree felonies.

• Kristy M. Gohlke, of Canal Fulton, Ohio, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; two counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Jennifer J. Hurst, of Canal Fulton, Ohio, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; two counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Kaylee B. O’Brien, of Lewis Center, was charged with one count of domestic violence, and a count of menacing by stalking, both fourth-degree felonies, as well as one count of menacing, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
