Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Ahkeem L. Knaff, of Columbus, was charged with illegal conveyance of weapons drugs or other prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony, and two counts of trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

Jinell E. Myers, of Westerville, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Thomas J. Hines, of Orient, Ohio, was charged with notice of residence address change, a first-degree felony.

Dion M. Rapier, of Dublin, was charged with one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Branden J. Deel, of Mount Vernon, was charged with one count of escape, a third-degree felony.

Donald B. Tyre, of Marysville, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony; a count of safe-cracking, a fourth-degree felony; a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Ashley N. Jett, of Columbus, was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felonies; and one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Brady T. Johnson, no address listed, was charged with one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony.
