Delaware County Grand Jury issues indictments

A number of individuals were indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury Thursday.

Emily B. Champ, of Dublin, was charged with theft, a third-degree felony, and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Ricco B. McGhee, of Columbus, was charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Sean P. Hines, of Ashley, was charged with unauthorized use of property, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 17 at 8:30 a.m.

Selena C. Perez, of Columbus, was charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Heather M. Likens, of Delaware, was charged with assault, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Kyle R. Brumfield, of Delaware, was charged with 12 counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies, and one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 17 at 8:45 a.m.

Gary T. Caplinger, of Sunbury, was charged with three counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Caitlin M. Jenkins, of Sunbury, was charged with three counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Eric R. Ramsey was charged with one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Kin P.V. Topasna, of Delaware, was charged with one count of abduction, a third-degree felony; one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony; and one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony.

Samantha R. Sweatt was charged with three counts of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

Thomas L. Gatewood, of Columbus, was charged with one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

Daniel Z. Kovacs, of Marion, was charged with burglary, a third-degree felony, and one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Josiah T. Moore, of Delaware, was charged with attempted aggravated burglary, second-degree felony.

Brandon M. Lones, of Delaware, was charged with attempted aggravated burglary, second-degree felony.

Wuan Tatum, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree felonies, and two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors.
