A number of individuals were indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury last week.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

• Maximillian J. Streisel, of Delaware, was charged with eight counts of rape, first-degree felonies; three counts of kidnapping, third-degree felonies; four counts of unlawful sexual conduct involving a minor, fourth-degree felonies; and one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

• Danielle A. Delozier, of Westerville, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 17 at 2 p.m.

• Ronald W. Cyrus, of Alkol, West Virginia, was charged with two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Kenneth B. Cole Jr. of Galveston, Texas, was charged with two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Daniel T. Coleman, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of failure to appear, fourth-degree felonies.

• Stephen M. Ferrell, of Lewis Center, was charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 20 at 2 p.m.

• Suzette C. Fisher, of Sunbury, was charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment was set for Dec. 15 at 8:30 a.m.

• Justin M. DeVaney, of Westerville, was charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment was set for Nov. 20 at 2 p.m.

• Anthony Bowling, of Mount Vernon, was charged with breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Matthew D. Hauck, of Delaware, was charged with telecommunications fraud, a fourth-degree felony and theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment was scheduled for Dec. 15 at 8:45 a.m.

• Kiyan E. Stubbs, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of rape, first-degree felonies, and two counts of sexual battery, third-degree felonies.

• Davon D. Hoston, of Westerville, was charged with one count of rape, a first-degree felony, and one count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony.

• James W. Ogg, of Lancaster, was charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Dec. 15 at 9:30 a.m.

• Christopher C. Welch, of Delaware, was charged with domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 11 at 3 p.m.

• Jennifer L. Johnson, of Westerville, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 17 at 9:45 a.m.
