A number of individuals were indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury Thursday.
Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:
• Marrio A. Kinchen, of Southfield, Michigan, was charged with one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a first-degree felony; one count of tampering with records, a third-degree felony; and seven counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.
• India K.M. Hairston, of Westerville, was charged with one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, first-degree felony; one count of tampering with records, a third-degree felony; and four counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.
• Lasha M. Hall, of Westerville, was charged with one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a first-degree felony; one count of tampering with records, a third-degree felony; and seven counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.
• Corey R. Hein, of Columbus, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony; two counts of theft, a third-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony; and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Amber M. Downey, of Columbus, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony; two counts of theft, a third-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony; and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Jeffrey Owen, of Columbus, was charged with burglary, a second-degree felony; two counts of theft, a third-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony; and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Robert W. Souder, of Delaware, was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Katrina A. Souder, of Delaware, was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Cary E. Gilpen Jr., of Delaware, was charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
• Kayla F. Simpson, of Columbus, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
• Anthony L. Sanders, of Oak Park, Michigan, was charged with five counts of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.
• Dustin L.D. Wade, of Columbus, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of illegal use of possessing marijuana drug paraphernalia, a minor misdemeanor.
• Ashla B. Carter, of Delaware, was charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony, and one count receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
• Alvin G. Fraley, of Delaware, was charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and one count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Charles A. Ladd Jr., of Delaware, was charged with domestic violence, a third-degree felony.
