Delaware police report:

• A man in Delaware Municipal Court was charged with aggravated menacing Wednesday after he threatened to harm the bailiffs before a hearing. Police report the man became disorderly at the Clerk of Courts office and began screaming and swearing. The bailiffs attempted to calm him and asked him to leave, but he threatened them with bodily harm. He was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and aggravated menacing.

• Officers were summoned to an address on Eaton Street Thursday around 5:20 a.m. to investigate a dispute. Police learned that one of the two individuals arguing at the site had previously been warned not to be on the property. The man was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.

• A traffic stop was conducted in the 1700 block of Columbus Pike on Friday just after midnight. During the stop, a search was conducted and drugs, paraphernalia, and open containers of alcohol were found inside the car. The driver was issued a summons for possession and released.
