Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted a number of individuals Friday.

Dillon R. Hoover, of Ashville, Ohio, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Jarrod M. Johnson, of Delaware, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Megan N. Salser, Westerville, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Celeste L. Colon, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Falis M. Isaak, of Hilliard, was charged with one count of attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a fifth-degree felony; illegal processing of drug documents, fifth-degree felonies; two counts of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

Ryan J.E. Guccione, of Canal Winchester, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Catherine M. McDonald, of Columbus, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Arleen McDonald, of Grove City, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Paul E. Wilhite, of Port Republic, Virginia, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

William R. Martin, of Ostrander, was charged with three counts of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Jordan L. Gray, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of theft, one fourth degree-felony and one fifth-degree felony.

Andrew M. Huber, of Powell, was charged with one count of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

DeVante M. Strickland, of Columbus, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Noah D. Butcher, of Westerville, was charged with one count of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of counterfeit controlled substance offenses, a fourth-degree felony.

Thomas L. Fuller, of Mount Vernon, was charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; six counts of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, two fourth-degree felonies, and three fifth-degree felonies; and one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Tiffany N. Longbrake, of Mount Vernon, was charged with one count of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.
