Delaware police report:

• A suspicious email was reported Monday. A woman living on Elizabeth Street reported that she recieved an email about purchases that were not made by her last month. An investigation is ongoing.

• Signs for a Delaware City Council candidate were reported stolen from the area of Silver Maple Drive on Monday morning. There are no suspects at this time and the case is inactive, pending more information.

• Officers were dispatched to Houk Road and Cassleton Way on Tuesday around 2 a.m. after it was reported that a woman was yelling for help in the roadway. Police report the woman was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for an evalution. No charges were filed.

• A hit-skip crash was reported in the area of West Central Avenue and North Franklin Street on Tuesday around 2 a.m. The suspect and vehicle were located shortly thereafter in the first block of North Sandusky Street. The driver was arrested for OVI and possession of marijuana.
