Delaware police report:

• Officers responded to a residence on Orchard Canyon after a receiving a report of gunshots Saturday around 4:30 a.m. Officers spoke with a resident who told them he had a physical altercation with several subjects at a downtown business and the unknown subjects followed him home. He said he fired a weapon into the side of the unknown subject’s car in self-defense. The man had been drinking and there were conflicting reports from witnesses about whether or not shots had actually been fired. An investigation is ongoing.

• Graffiti was reported on an electrical box at Conger Elementary School on Monday morning. No damage was located but a report was taken.

• Police were summoned to Dollar General on London Road after employees reported that a couple had been stealing undershirts and socks. The suspects were identified and the case in ongoing.
