Delaware police report:

• Police were summoned to a home on Orchard Heights Street on Sunday around 1:50 a.m. after a domestic situation was reported. Police learned that an adult had assaulted his stepfather and injured him. The man was arrested and charged with domestic violence before being transported to the Delaware County Jail.

• Police responded to a well-being check on Rock Creek Drive and Cobblestone Drive Sunday evening. Police found a domestic situation had occurred. The victim told police that the other party involved made threats of serious bodily harm then left the area. The woman refused to cooperate and the man could not be located. No charges were filed, but a report was taken to document the call.

• A man living on Pennsylvania Avenue reported Friday evening that three juveniles threw eggs at his home. An investigation is ongoing.

• A man was arrested Saturday just before 1 a.m. after he attempted to burn his wife with a lighter at their home on North Union Street. The man was arrested and transported to the Delaware County Jail. He was charged with domestic violence.
