Delaware police report:

• Officers were summoned to an apartment complex Wednesday afternoon after a fight was reported. Police report two women were charged with disorderly conduct and one man was charged with persistent disorderly conduct.

• Police were called to a yard on London Road Wednesday afternoon after a disorderly incident was reported. Ultimately, a 51-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication.

Delaware County sheriff’s deputies report:

• A resident on Miller Paul Road in Galena contacted deputies on Tuesday to report that someone had stolen his 2003 Mercedes. The vehicle was entered into the national database and an investigation remains open.

• Deputies investigated an accident on State Route 203 Tuesday morning after an Ostrander man reported he struck a deer in the roadway. The vehicle was disabled in the crash and had to be towed from the scene. The dear was killed in the collision.
