Chamber awards bestowed

Several businesses and individuals were honored Thursday evening at the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center in Lewis Center. Recipients included (from row, left to right) Marsha Link, recipient of the President’s Award; Douglas Rose of Emergency Plumbing Services, winner of the Corporate Citizen of the Year Award; (middle row) Randy Kaiser of Sam Dong Ohio, recipient of the Large Business of the Year Award; Jennifer Rose Caudill and Nick Rose, also of Emergency Plumbing Services; incoming board chair Chad Hoffman of Richwood Bank, recipient of an Outstanding Chamber Member Award; and (back row) Brad Haire, co-owner of RCD Sales Co., recipient of the Small Business of the Year Award; Delaware City Manager Tom Homan, accepting the city of Delaware’s Outstanding Chamber Member Award; Warren Hyer, executive director of the Central Ohio Symphony, recipient of the Quality of Life Award; and Rex Gore, owner of Black Wing Shooting Center, recipient of an Outstanding Chamber Member Award.
