Delaware man indicted on sex charge from July incident

A Delaware County grand jury indicted a Delaware man on a charge of gross sexual imposition Friday in connection with a July 2015 incident.

Kevin M. Wooten, of 10 Rheem St., Delaware, was indicted on one charge of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony, for an incident that allegedly occurred on July 25, 2015. No other details were available Friday afternoon.

An arraignment has not been scheduled in Delaware County Common Pleas Court but the case will be heard in Judge David Gormley’s court.

A summons to appear in court has been issued for Wooten.

The grand jury indicted a number of other individuals Friday, including:

• Raymond E. Hazelett, of Columbus, on a charge of theft. An arraignment has been set for April 29 at 9 a.m.

• Meghan E. Bailey, of Pataskala, on five counts of receiving stolen property. An arraignment has been set for April 29 at 9:30 a.m.

• Dustin M. Bailey, of Pataskala, on five counts of receiving stolen property. An arraignment has been set for April 29 at 9:45 a.m.

• Kelly N. Cox, of Blacklick, on a charge of burglary, a charge of theft and a charge of safecracking. An arraignment has been set for April 29 at 10 a.m.

Arraignments for the remaining indicted individuals have not yet been scheduled. They include:

• Tosha R. Vanoster, of Reynoldsburg, on two counts of theft.

• Brittney R. Branch, of Columbus, on a charge of theft.

• Stephen C. George, of Westerville, on a charge of burglary and a charge of trespass in habitation.

• Measha D. Spencer, of Columbus, on three counts of theft and a charge of identity fraud.

• Sade D. Spencer, of Columbus, on three counts of theft.

• Donquetta J. Clayton, of Columbus, on two counts of theft and a charge of receiving stolen property.

• Maria T. Young, of Westerville, on a charge of theft.

• Jacob G. Bobrowski of Lewis Center, on a charge of aggravated robbery.

• William Lucas, of Lewis Center, on a charge of aggravated robbery.

• Vance T. Crotty, of Galena, on a charge of aggravated robbery.

• Nicole J. Williams, of Delaware, on two counts of vandalism.

• Jeremy K. Walker, of Westerville, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a charge of misuse of credit cards, six counts of theft, a charge of breaking and entering, a charge of criminal damaging, and a charge of tampering with evidence.
