Frank Reinhard and Dennis Stapleton have joined the Delaware County Foundation volunteer board of directors as new members.

Reinhard is first vice president at the Delaware County Bank & Trust where he works in corporate banking. He served as a member of the Delaware County Foundation’s development and marketing committee before joining the board.

A resident of Delaware, Reinhard is a member of the Delaware Rotary Club and the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce where he is past board chair. He is a board member of the Delaware County Finance Authority.

He was recently elected to the Delaware County Agriculture Society where he serves as president of the board. A Delaware native, Reinhard graduated from the University of Toledo.

Stapleton is vice president, commercial insurance, at Huntington Insurance Inc. He served as a Delaware County commissioner for four years. Before serving as commissioner, Stapleton was director of government relations at Carlile Patchen & Murphy and also served as director of government relations for the Ohio Consumer’s Counsel and assistant director of the Ohio Department of Insurance.

His public service extends to the Ohio House as a state representative for the 88th District from 1996 to 2003.

Originally from Washington Court House, Stapleton was president of Stapleton-Pool Insurance. He is a member of Rotary International and the Delaware Rotary Club, and lives in Genoa Township. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton.

The Delaware County Foundation manages more than $11 million in charitable funds. Charitable funds are created by individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations and are intended to grow over time. The foundation makes grants to nonprofit organizations that support Delaware County. Scholarships are also awarded through the foundation’s charitable funds.
