Delaware man indicted on rape charge

A Delaware man was indicted on a rape charge Friday by a Delaware County grand jury.

Joshua Matzinger, 33, of 357 Abbott Downing Blvd., Delaware, was indicted on one charge of rape, a first-degree felony, Friday in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

A 27-year-old Columbus woman reported July 31, 2015, that she had been raped by Matzinger at his home about 2:30 a.m., according to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.

An arraignment in Delaware County Common Pleas Court Judge Everett Krueger’s Court has not been scheduled.

Other individuals indicted by the grand jury Friday include:

• Ryan Nicholas Quidaciolu, 26, of Westerville, on two counts of having weapons under disability, which are third-degree felonies; and one charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for March 11 at 2 p.m.

• Jeffrey Gee, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for May 6 at 9:15 a.m.

• Cameron M. Hundt, of Worthington, on a charge of theft and a charge of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies.

• Destiny U. Carlisle, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Jacobb P. Rowe, of Richwood, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony, and a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

• Todd A. Coakley, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

• Rondall Singer, 32, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; and misuse of credit cards, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Angela M. Lee, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; and misuse of credit cards, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• David A. Brown, of Magnetic Springs, Ohio, on a charge of domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and a charge of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• James M. May, of Columbus, on a charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors.

• Nicholas A. Fields, of Lewis Center, on a charge of breaking and entering, a charge of theft and a charge of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

• Brandon Scott Richardson, of Ashley, on a charge of breaking and entering, a charge of theft and a charge of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

• Justin A. Patterson, of Columbus, on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies; two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors; and a charge of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

• Justin W. Young of Mechanicsburg, on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies; two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors; and a charge of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
