To The Editor:

I would like to thank the City of Delaware for the outstanding job they do for taking care of Smith Park on Troy Road. I believe it’s the best park in Delaware.

The grass is always mowed, trash is taken care of, and the bathrooms are always clean which is a plus when you have grandchildren at the park.

I really enjoy the new bike path along Troy Road. It is so much safer. It’s a great place to ride bikes with grandchildren, walk your dog, watch sporting events and play tennis.
