Thankful for support

To all Delaware County residents: Thank you for supporting Preservation Parks through the approval of the park levy on Nov. 7.

The Preservation Parks staff doesn’t take your faith in us lightly; we are committed to protecting what matters — not just the natural and historic features of the county, but the love for the natural world that they inspire. We’ll continue to work toward expanding multi-use trails in Delaware County, opening a new park on Pollock Road in Delaware Township, and permanently protecting 230 acres by opening a park along Alum Creek in Orange Township.

You have provided us with the ability to serve more individuals through expanded educational programming in Delaware County schools and in the parks.

We also thank our volunteers who have given so freely of their time and talents promoting the park’s mission to all park visitors.
