A Delaware County grand jury issued several indictments on Wednesday.
Indicted by the grand jury were:
• Mark E. Basford, of Toledo, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
• Jason S. Manley, of Marion, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been set for May 2 at 3 p.m.
• Callista M. King, of Urbana, Illinois, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been set for May 2 at 3 p.m.
• Daniel Storm Sawdey, 18, of Powell, on three counts of trespass in a habitation, fourth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for March 28 at 3:15 p.m.
