Delaware police report:

• A theft was reported at United Dairy Farmers on Tuesday afternoon. Police were able to locate the suspect at the intersection of Liberty Street and Winter Street. The man, a 28-year-old, was charged with theft.

• Police took a report of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of Timbersmith Drive on Tuesday afternoon. A probation officer reported finding the drug paraphernalia while conducting a home check. The occupant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A traffic stop was conducted on U.S. 23 near East William Street on Tuesday evening. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a passenger was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. The passenger was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
