Delaware police report:

An adult son threatened to break windows at his mother’s Georgetown Drive apartment Monday afternoon. The mother called police and told them that she and her son, a 19-year-old, had gotten into an argument. During the argument, he threatened her and threatened to smash the windows in the apartment. She told police he left after making the threat. Police contacted with the son, who admitted threatening to smashing the windows but denied threatening his mother. He was arrested and charged with menacing.

A man was receiving unwanted calls from a family member Sunday just after 1 a.m. Police learned the caller had been warned multiple times not to call the man. Charges are pending.

A juvenile was pulled over for a traffic violation Monday night on Columbus Pike. During the stop, officers searched the car and found marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. Possession charges will be filed against the 17-year-old in Delaware County Juvenile Court.
