Delaware police report:

Five teenage girls were fighting at Arby’s on South Sandusky Street Tuesday night. Police charged all five with disorderly conduct.

A teenage boy was blowing an air horn Tuesday afternoon in the area of Westland Way. Police report the teen had previously been warned about similar behavior. Disturbance charges were forwarded to County Juvenile Court.

A man was lying in the city bike path Tuesday afternoon. Police went to the path between William Street and Winter Street and found an intoxicated homeless man lying on the path. The man could not take care of himself and was taken to the city jail and charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication.

The front window of a West William Street business was shattered overnight Monday. The owner of Cycle Search called police Tuesday morning to report the window had been broken sometime overnight. Police have no suspects.
