Delaware police report:

A teenage girl hit her father in the head Thursday night at their home on Jaguar Spur Avenue. The 16-year-old had been arguing with her parents about using the family car and hit her father. She was taken into custody and transported to the juvenile detention center in Marysville. Charges of unruly juvenile and domestic violence have been forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court.

A stolen vehicle was recovered Thursday morning in the area of Ruby Red Lane. Police said they received a call about a suspicious-looking vehicle and found a 2007 Honda Odyssey parked on the street. A registration check alerted officers to its status as a stolen vehicle from Columbus and it was impounded. The investigation was forwarded to Columbus police.

Tools were stolen from a home on Woodland Avenue Thursday afternoon. The owner told police someone broke in and stole a number of valuable tools.

A glass screen door to a home on Indigo Blue Street was damaged Thursday afternoon after being shot by a BB gun. There are no suspects at this time.
