ODOT road repairs

Crews will be performing signal work at the Polaris Parkway/Worthington Road intersection from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4. Traffic will be maintained through the intersection by a law enforcement officer.

Also, on Monday, Nov. 7, State Route 750 will be reduced to one lane of two-way traffic between Lincoln Street and Hall Street from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for paving and traffic signal work. Traffic will be maintained with flaggers.

Santa Pictures Saturday

Families may bring their pets with them to get their pictures taken from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 5 at Oakland Nursery, 25 Kilbourne Road.

For $10, you will receive two 4×6” pictures.

All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Delaware County.

Road closure

The Delaware County Engineer will be closing Hanover Road between Horseshoe Road and Panhandle Road for a culvert replacement. The road will close Wednesday and is scheduled to open Dec. 2.

Olentangy elementary school starts shoe drive

Students of Liberty Tree Elementary School, 6877 Sawmill Parkway, are participating in a shoe drive as part of the school’s “Thanks and Giving” celebration. Throughout November, the school will be accepting gently worn, used and new shoes to help raise money for community members with financial need during the holiday season.
