A Delaware County grand jury indicted a number of individuals Friday.
The individuals indicted include:
• Rashiem C. Culler, of New York, on a charge of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; a charge of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Jan. 15 at 8:30 a.m. in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
• Dana W. Dicke, of 1857 Ashburn Drive, Delaware, on a charge of identity fraud, a third-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony; and a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Dec. 18 at 9:30 a.m. in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
• Jeremy J. King, of Marion, on a charge of having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and three felony counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. An arraignment has been set for Dec. 18 at 9:45 a.m. in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
• Russell J. Bell, of Lancaster, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony; and a charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Jan. 15 at 8:45 a.m. in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
Court arraignments for the following indicted individuals have not yet been scheduled:
• Thomas E. Swank, of Columbus, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a first-degree felony.
• Rodney Sharp, 47, of Powell, on a charge of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
• William G. McCurdy, of 31 Equestrian Way, Delaware, on two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree felonies; two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors; and a charge of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.
• William A. Pearce, of Columbus, on a charge of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, a fourth-degree felony.
• Clinton E. Parsons Jr., of Lake City, Florida, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.
• Traci J. Sonney, of Columbus, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.
• Renee Mitchell, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.
