A Delaware County grand jury returned a number of indictments Friday.

The individuals indicted include:

• Kevin J. Shuster, of 28 Timmons Woods Drive, Delaware, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

• Helenia T.N. Osborne, of 32 S. Sandusky St., Apt. A, Delaware, on a charge of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; and a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.

• Beverly K. Gillespie, of Columbus, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Netyven T. Williams, 21, of Columbus, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; and seven felony counts of theft.

• Freddie A. Sams, of Columbus, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; and seven felony counts of theft.

• Darion Alexander Smith, 29, of Columbus, on two felony counts of improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle.

• Colleen L. Mann, of Huron, Ohio, on a charge of election falsification, a fifth-degree felony.

• Bryant K. Owens, of Columbus, on two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth-degree felonies.

• Christopher David St. Clair, 26, of Delaware, on a charge of notice of residence address change, a fourth-degree felony.

• Robert J. Driskel, of Columbus, on a charge of notice of residence address change, a third-degree felony.

Arraignments in Delaware County Common Pleas Court have not been scheduled.
