Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted a number of individuals Friday.

Chanceller J. Smith, of Delaware, was charged with one count of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Branden L. Lusby, of Delaware, was charged with one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Cole T. Baker, of Thornville, Ohio, was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; five counts of theft, four-third-degree felonies and one fourth-degree felony and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

Andrew M. Danison, of Newark, Ohio, was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; five counts of theft, four-third-degree felonies and one fourth-degree felony and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

Adam Danison, of Lancaster, Ohio, was charged with one count of burglary, a second-degree felony; five counts of theft, four-third-degree felonies and one fourth-degree felony and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
