Delaware police report:

Two men each stole a bottle of liquor at the Wal-Mart at 1760 Columbus Pike at 12:17 a.m. Tuesday.

A petty theft occurred in the women’s restroom at the Meijer at 1380 Sunbury Road at 7:43 p.m. Tuesday.

Someone broke out a window of a woman’s apartment in the 1300 block of Sussex Lane between 1:45 and 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Nothing was reported missing and there are no suspects at this time.

A report of telecommunications harassment in the first block of Bur Reed Road was investigated Tuesday. The case is open.

A man was charged and arrested after a women reported Tuesday that someone she knows sold items that belonged to her. The report was taken on Baywood Drive.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance incident on East Winter Street on Tuesday. A juvenile was arrested and officers took a report to document the incident.

A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct at an East Central Avenue address Tuesday at 2:25 p.m.

A resident of Ablemarle Circle on Tuesday reported identity theft, which occurred in March 2015.

A suspect was located and charged with a petty theft at the Wal-Mart at 1760 Columbus Pike Tuesday.
