Hayes students attending American Legion program


Eleven students from Delaware Hayes High School will be taking part in The American Legion’s Buckeye Boys State and Buckeye Boys State programs this week at Miami University and Mount Vernon University. Hayes High School Counselor Matthew Brown said the American Legion has paid the full sponsorship for the students to attend the eight-day events that help improve leadership skills and citizenship.From left to right: Top row: Gunther Parks, Thomas Burgett, Jack Marks, Joseph Strubler and Noah Watts.
