Delaware police report:
• Police were called to a residence on Winter Street just after midnight Saturday to deal with an unknown intoxicated subject. When police arrived, they found a highly intoxicated 65-year-old woman in the area. Police were unable to find a sober person to take care of her and she was taken to the Delaware City Jail and charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
• A theft report was taken at Walmart on Monday morning after a woman shoplifted items from the store. The woman was apprehended for stealing the items and was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested, charged with theft, and taken to the Delaware County Jail.
• A public indecency report was taken in the area of East Central Avenue and U.S. 23 on Monday afternoon. An investigation is still ongoing.
