A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.
Jason P. Linkiewicz, of Columbus, was indicted on a charge of forgery and a charge of receiving stolen property. An arraignment has been set for Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m. in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
Court arraignments for the following indicted individuals have not been scheduled:
• Anita M. Santos, on a charge of theft, a third-degree felony, and a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Rodney E. King Jr., of Columbus, receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Larry J Hall Jr., of 225 S. Sandusky St., Lot 61, Delaware, on one charge of burglary, a second-degree felony, and one charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Kyle McElroy, of 1605 Timberlake Drive, Delaware, on one charge of trespassing in a habituation, a fourth-degree felony; menacing by stalking; a fourth-degree felony; theft, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of aggravated menacing and a charge of domestic violence, both first-degree misdemeanors.
• James W. Hanna, of Dublin, on a charge of failure to comply with the order or signal or police officer and a charge of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Kenneth Page, of Columbus, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors.
• Santiago Cubano, of Columbus, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.
• Kelly L. Keelin, of Columbus, on two counts of theft. One charge is a fifth-degree felony and the other is a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Michael D. May, of Columbus, on two counts of theft. One charge is a fifth-degree felony and the other is a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Curtis L. McNew, of 118 N. Washington St., Apt. D, Delaware, on a charge of breaking and entering, one charge of possessing criminal tools and one charge of theft, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Richard C. Williamson, of Kilbourne, on a charge of breaking and entering, one charge of possessing criminal tools and one charge of theft, all fifth-degree felonies.
