Grand jury issues final September indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Tevin M. Young, of Columbus, on two counts of intimidation of attorney, victim or witness in criminal case, third-degree felonies; a count of domestic violence, a count of assault, a count of endangering children and a count of menacing by stalking, all first-degree misdemeanors.

Gary L. Caplinger, of 340 Eastwood Avenue, Delaware, on a count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony; a count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; as well as a count of domestic violence, a count of aggravated menacing and a count of assault, all first-degree misdemeanors.

Cody A. Lynn, of Ashley, on one count of improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle, a fifth-degree felony and two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors.

Lindsay B. Dacre, of Columbus, on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Tony B. Demons, of Columbus, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a count of passing bad checks, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Michael J. Bridges, Jr., of Reynoldsburg, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Schantiel N. Blake, of Columbus, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a count of passing bad checks, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Billie J. Crego, of 3253 State Route 37 West, Delaware, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

David H. Speaks, of Columbus, on a count of theft, a third-degree felony.

Dominic Neu, of 2848 Jerico Place, Delaware, on two counts of gross sexual imposition, third-degree felonies.

Shelby R. Beckett, of Worthington, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Brian I. Nyanjui, of Kent, Washington, on a count of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

Joury J. Benhard, of Canal Winchester, on a count of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

Dionne M. Fletcher, of 231 South Washington Street, Delaware, on a count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

William C. Thompson, of Marion, on a count of theft and a count of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

Elizabeth A. Terry, of 573 Rutherford Avenue, Delaware, on a count of theft and a count of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

Dylan S. Daughtery, of Grove City, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Shane C. Nutter, of Lewis Center, on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies; five counts of theft, three fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors; four counts of receiving stolen property, three fifth-degree felonies and one count of burglary, a second-degree felony.

Thomas E. Gillotte Jr., of Columbus, on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies; five counts of theft, three fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors; four counts of receiving stolen property, three fifth-degree felonies and one count of burglary, a second-degree felony.

Gene G. Henthorn III, of Columbus, on a count of breaking and entering, two counts of theft and a count of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.
