Delaware police report:

• A theft report was taken at Walmart, 1760 Columbus Pike, early Wednesday morning. No suspects have been identified at this point.

• A theft report was taken at the BP gas station, 17 E. William St., Wednesday morning. A man stole alcoholic beverages fom the location. The case is still under investigation.

• A 21-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct after he aimed an air pistol, while swearing, at a work crew near Georgetown Drive and Northwood Drive on Wednesday.

• A 27-year-old Subury woman was charged with theft at Meijer, 1380 Sunbury Road, Wednesday evening.

• A 30-year-old Marion woman was charged with poessesion of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle crash took place on East Central Avenue near East Street Wednesday evening.
