Delaware police report:

A domestic violence incident was reported at a home on Deerfield Place Wednesday evening. After an investigation, a 41-year-old man was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing, assault, and disorderly conduct.

Police saw a man in a stationary car in a parking lot on East William Street Thursday just before 12:30 a.m. Police made contact with the man, who they found was intoxicated. After an investigation, police charged the man with operating a vehicle under the influence, open container and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at Speedway on U.S. 23 North Thursday around 3:30 a.m. Police investigated and ultimately charged the occupant with possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
