COLUMBUS – Title First Agency, one of the oldest, largest and most experienced independent title agencies in the United States, announced Friday the opening of its new headquarters in Delaware County. The move marks the culmination of a year of remarkable growth for the company.
“As one of Central Ohio’s oldest title agencies, we’re thrilled to begin another chapter of our growth story with this move to our new headquarters,” said Title First Agency President and CEO Sean Stoner. “This move to our new building highlights our dedication to serving the Central Ohio community, and it provides the completely renovated space our teams need to provide our customers one-stop shopping from before contract to after closing.”
Previously headquartered on Olentangy River Road, Title First Agency moved all of its corporate employees into its new Westerville location. Employees from the company’s previous Westerville location also made the move. In all, 42 employees will be working at the new office.
Title First Agency’s new location will serve as a processing hub, where employees from all of the company’s local branches can collaborate, train, and streamline workflow processes to better serve customers. Processors at the new Westerville location will act as liaisons to representatives in the company’s other Central Ohio locations, including those in Upper Arlington, Worthington, Dublin, Polaris, Delaware and Chillicothe, which will all remain open. All offices outside of Central Ohio will also remain open.
The Westerville office also features a large continuing education and training room that both employees and industry collaborators can use. Title First Agency is continually expanding its catalog of continuing education offerings and is opening the space to real estate and lending professionals seeking space to host training seminars, classes and marketing events. The space is able to accommodate up to 65 visitors during business hours and has adjacent kitchen and lobby space available.
The Westerville office is located at 495 Executive Campus Drive, near the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and County Line Road. The team will occupy 10,000 square feet in the completely remodeled space, which was formerly occupied by the Builders Industry Association (BIA) of Central Ohio.
