A Delaware County grand jury returned a two-count indictment Friday against a Lewis Center man who had sexual relations with two minors, county prosecutors say.
Spencer R. Wilson, 20, of 8747 Clarksdale Drive, Lewis Center, was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, which are fourth-degree felonies, after Delaware County sheriff’s deputies were contacted on June 12.
As of Friday afternoon, Wilson had not been arrested and an arraignment in Delaware County Common Pleas Court has not been scheduled.
“The girls, named on the indictment as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, report that the incident occurred during the early morning hours of June 8,” said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O’Brien. “At that time, the girls were having a sleepover and say they left the home to meet up with Wilson after communicating with him via cellphone.”
The indictment says the girls are older than 13 but younger than 16. The indictment notes that Wilson allegedly knew how old the girls were when he had sex with them.
The case will be heard in Judge David Gormley’s courtroom.
