Delaware City Schools Superintendent Paul Craft read a book to Michelle Brandum’s first-grade class Tuesday afternoon at Smith Elementary School. Craft stayed a few minutes after to encourage the students to read more. He told the first-graders that they would be reading bigger and better books before they know it.
