A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.
The individuals indicted include:
• John M. Bango, of Hilliard, on two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies, and a charge of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 30.
• Danny L. Cox, of London, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of forgery, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been set.
• Thomas A. Killian, of West Jefferson, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony, and a charge of forgery, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 30 at 9:15 a.m.
• Geanita A. Smith, of Mechanicsburg, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony, and a charge of forgery, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
• Jesse P. Caldwell, 31, at large, on two counts of failure to appear, fourth-degree felonies. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
• Sherry D. Kindel, 63, of Columbus, on four counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 5 at 9 a.m.
• Prince K. Yeboah, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony; and five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
• David Anane, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony; and five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
• Kellyn A. McCall, of Columbus, on five counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 23 at 2 p.m.
• Isaiah I. Israel, of Columbus, on three counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 23 at 2 p.m.
• Uzziah R. Israel, of Columbus, on three counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 23 at 2 p.m.
• Seth C. Bowdre, 18, of Waldo, on a charge of theft, a third-degree felony; and a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
• Joshua W. Martin, 30, of Columbus, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; a charge of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
