Delaware County grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

The individuals indicted include:

• Andrew J. Martin, of Lewis Center, on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, which is a third-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Jason L. Loew, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 20 at 9:30 a.m.

• Ryan Joseph Stevens, of Cardington, on a charge of robbery, a third-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Mitchell A. Spears, of Raymond, Ohio, on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies, and two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 20 at 9:45 a.m.

• Zachery S. Snavely, 25, of 287 Brandie Drive, Delaware, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony, and a charge of tampering with records, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Mikel Anthony Flewellen, 21, of Columbus, on a charge of robbery, a second-degree felony, and a charge of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Kelly A. Shepherd, of 513 Boulder Drive, Delaware, on a charge of passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony, and a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
