Delaware police report:

A $6,000 gold tennis bracelet was stolen from a home on Sylvan Drive Wednesday morning. The resident told police a window screen had been damaged and an unknown person or persons entered the home and stole the bracelet. The theft is alleged to have occurred in that last six days.

A woman received a call from an inmate in the Delaware County Jail late Tuesday night. The woman reported the call to police at their headquarters and told officers she had an active protection order against the man. An investigation is ongoing.

A 36-year-old man was offered some marijuana on the city bike path near East Winter Street Wednesday night. The man told police he was walking when three men approached him, smoking marijuana and offered him some. He refused and left the area. He then went to police headquarters and reported the incident. Police found the three men and one of the men admitted to having synthetic marijuana. The marijuana was confiscated and he was issued a citation for possession.

A mountain bike was stolen from a residence on Muirwood Village Drive overnight Tuesday.
