Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments this week.

The individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

• Earnest Maynard III, of Marion, on four counts of theft. Three of the charges are fifth-degree felonies; the other is a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Michelle R. Ward, of Marion, on three counts of theft. Two of the charge are two fifth-degree felonies; the other is a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Tony Oldaker, of Marion, on three counts of theft. Two of the charges are fifth-degree felonies; the other is a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Ahmed M. Salah, of Powell, on two counts of theft. One is a fifth-degree felony and the other is a fourth-degree felony. Salah was also indicted on a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fourth-degree felony.

• Steve L. Deitsch, of Lewis Center, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Roy William Hodge, 25, of Delaware, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Loretta R. Decker, 29, of Delaware, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Rickey D. Thomas, of Dublin, on two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, which are fifth-degree felonies.

• David L. Lataster, 55, of Dublin, on a charge of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony.

• Sade S. Spencer, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Frederick T. Crowder, of Columbus, on a charge of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

Arraignments in Delaware County Common Pleas Court have not been scheduled.
