The Delaware County Republican Party has formally endorsed Delaware attorney Randall Fuller for judge of the newly created domestic relations division of Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

Fuller received the majority vote of the party’s 138-member elected central committee at its recent meeting. Fuller is seeking the Republican nomination in the March 2016 primary election.

In his remarks to central committee members at the meeting, Fuller noted his two decades of private practice in family law gives him the experience to hit the ground running. “As I have managed a successful domestic relations law practice in Delaware County for over 20 years, I have the knowledge and leadership ability to create the first unified domestic relations court for Delaware County.”

“Randy Fuller has deep, deep roots in Delaware County, having been a small business owner and served on numerous non-profit boards here,” said party Chairman Jim Schuck. “I think he’ll be an excellent addition to the Delaware County bench.”

Fuller is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, having graduated from Buckeye Valley High School in 1987.

Fuller received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1992 and his law degree from the University of Toledo in 1994. Fuller is a founding member of the Delaware law firm Fuller & Herzog. Fuller has been active in the community, including membership in the Delaware Rotary Club, serving on the board of People In Need and the Delaware County chapter of the American Red Cross.
